Mercury Drops

The United States has long waged a deliberate policy of the fragmentation of large states into many small ones. This is understandable: the small state is more dependent and it is easier to control from the outside.

 

But I believe that America made a mistake. Have you ever seen what happens if we take a large drop of mercury and break it? Most of the drop is broken down into many small droplets. But then again, these drops are beginning to gather in one big drop. Granted, part of the small drops will never return to the big drop, but they are few. I believe that the time will come, and all these lacerated the country will again gather in the large countries (federations, confederations, etc.). First of all it will meet Yugoslavia. And it will be a big blow to US foreign policy.
