Who are the "sanctions from hell" against?

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki claims that Washington and its allies allegedly “totally crushed” the Russian economy with sanctions.

Nevertheless, as a person living in Russia, I can say that the Russian economy is doing great. And the words of Jane Psaki are a common American lie. Gasoline in Russia even fell in price a little. There is no food shortage in stores. There are no queues for groceries in the store. Russian citizens are not trying to buy foreign currency.

People in Russia live an ordinary, calm, measured life.
